Wedding Chapel at Mandalay Bay
The ceremony took maybe all of ten minutes, but they were wonderful minutes! We used the Opal Shores package, which included flowers and photography. Our coordinators were very helpful and everything went smoothly. We definitely recommend the Mandalay Bay for those looking to get married in Las Vegas. Grade = A
Cashman Photography
The photographer for our ceremony and posed pictures was Nidia. She was very pleasant to work with and made us both feel comfortable. The quality of the pictures was excellent and we are very happy with how they turned out. Grade = A
Reception Dinner at Rumjungle
Our banquet coordinator, Katie Matthews, was amazing. She was attentive, flexible and beyond helpful. Katie was able to work with us through some issues we were having with our guest list and everything came out wonderfully.
The servers were quick and attentive to our guests, they were funny and very polite. I was happy with how they took special care of my grandfather, making sure he had his coffee and was enjoying his food. Our favorite compliment came from Joe's stepfather - he told us our cake was the best he had ever had since leaving NYC. Grade = A

THEhotel at Mandalay Bay
We stayed at THEhotel for our wedding weekend. It has great proximity to the Wedding Chapel and several restaurants. We loved our suite and the service was stellar. Grade = A
Debi at Fit for a Bride
There are not enough good things that I can say about Debi and her team. I had shown her my dress and a picture of what I wanted it to look like. In the end, Debi and her staff made my dress look better than I could have hoped for. Brides who are looking for dress services in Las Vegas should seriously consider using Debi. Grade = A

Wedding Accessories
Cake Topper - Our cake topper came from Actionfigurefactory.com. They specialize in creating South Park, The Simpsons and Family Guy cake toppers. I sent in a JPG of Joe and I as South Park characters using SP-Studio (an online character generator). The topper was a big hit and it will now grace a place of honor above our fireplace! Grade = A
Wedding Jewelery (Headband and earrings) - I found several shops on Etsy.com that had so many beautiful pieces. It was difficult to narrow the choices down, but in the end, I got my headband from JMG Jewel Design and the earrings were from Princess in Pink Designs. I was especially happy with the headband. I sometimes get headaches from headbands, but this one was very comfortable. I was able to wear it fine from the time my hair got done until the end of the night. Grades = A
Ring Bearer Dish - I didn't want to use a ring pillow and loved the dishes from Paloma's Nest (Etsy.com) that I saw in the Martha Stewart Wedding magazine. I ordered a custom engraved dish and it came intact and beautifully packaged. I was very pleased with how it turned out, and it is now a ring dish for my husband to use on our dresser. Grade = A
Bridal Hoodie - I purchased a hoodie to wear while getting ready from Custom Bling Apparel (Etsy.com). Tina was great to work with and had many choices with bling colors and fonts. I got a white hoodie with emerald green bling (wedding date on front left pocket area and "Bride" on the back). The turnaround was quick and I loved wearing it. Grade = A
Wedding Night Apparel - I picked up a couple of *ahem* nighties from Lingeriedivas.com. The prices were exceptionally low and the service was great. Needless to say, Joe was a happy husband! Grade = A

Overall
Joe and I had an amazing weekend and we had a wonderful time getting married. Our vendors were wonderful and we were happy to work with such great folks. I can honestly say that having had a two year long engagement, it gave me plenty of time to carefully research our vendors. That said, everyone we chose to work with was great and I do recommend that brides do as much research as they can.
