Dinner at Rumjungle
We chose the Rodizio dinner package for our reception with a two-hour call brand/beer/wine/etc. open bar. With the Rodizio dinner, the meats are brought in on large skewers and carved at tableside. Our guests loved the food and everyone had as much as they wanted to eat. Our cake, which was baked for us by Rumjungle, was also a big hit.
Starters: Sweet potato salad and roasted vegetable antipasto.

Number 8: Sugarcane Skewered Colossal Prawns with Chili Garlic Mojito Sauce
Side dishes: Pineapple and coconut rice, Cuban black beans and roasted corn on the cob
Our cake was three square tiers, iced with ivory buttercream, with a dark green icing ribbon along the bottom of each tier.
Our flavors were --
Bottom tier: white cake with white chocolate mousse filling and fresh strawberries
Middle tier: same as lower except it will be chocolate cake
Upper tier: same as the bottom
